It consists of the following:

Ground floor - view
Dining/sitting room with TV (standard channels), fully equipped kitchen (including cutlery), bathroom with bath and handbasin and separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 with handbasin and double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds.

Top floor - view
Bedroom 3 with double bed and en suite shower and toilet.
Large living room with additional single bed and sleeper couch.

Parking
Safe off-street parking is available for two cars.

Security
The house is surrounded by a fence with access by electronic gate. The house has an alarm system for extra safety and protection.

The house comes complete with duvets, pillow and blankets for every bed, according to booking numbers.

Beaches
Uvongo, as well as Margate North Beach are both Blue flag beaches and are manned by life guards. (15 min walk) Small beach and beach walking route (Approx 3 min from house).
